PADS WORLD may give the double option of: supplying the customer without a price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of higher quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by PADS WORLD within this same period, pay the sums paid for the canceled order. In the event that PADS WORLD does not make this payment within the specified period, the buyer may claim that double the amount owed be paid, without prejudice to their right to be compensated.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will NOT have the right to withdraw or return the requested products since they are free samples. The only possibility of return or withdrawal is that a product has a quality defect.
